This website is writen following the XHTML-Strict standards and validates to WSC standards for both HTML and CSS.

This site uses a consistant clear navigation and a second bottom navigation bar to make the site easier to use. The layout is consistant throughout the site for familiarity. The site is in compliance with to WCAG level 1 Guidelines and some of the level 2 guidelines.

Some pages contain dynamic content which is updated from a MYSQL database using PHP to render the content. The database and PHP are both update with current standards and properly formated
